I had an appointment scheduled with Baky for May 9th at 2:00pm. Upon arriving to the barbershop, they immediately told me it was closed until 3pm despite having an appointment for 2pm. I was forced to wait for one hour until they "reopened." Additionally, Baky was out of town and not even present for the appointment. I was not informed of this before the appointment. I had to settle for another barber and the final cut was not to the standard that was expected. I would be very carefully in visiting this barbershop.
