J'ai trouvé dans cet espace ce que je cherchais, une écoute, de la douceur, du confort, de la beauté pour mes yeux et du bien-être pour mon corps. Merci à Cécile très chaleureusement.

To star with No welcome amenitie tea,coffe or water was offer before or after. No paper was requested for me to fill out in case i had any allergies or any pain around my body since I’m pregnant Upon my arrival everybody seem confused with my treatment, the girl who took my reservation by phone was lost and did not put on notes that I had the hamman included so when my treatment was finish I had to go out of one building to another with my wet hair and changed again to do the hammam. When I ask the therapist about the hamman her response was I don’t know and have no time to go check. Now I understand why my massage was not that great , she did everything so fast. Its a pitty of the lack of client service since the center has a enormous potential and its very pretty. I would not recomend it. But I would suggest the managaer to put in some protocols.

Agréable parenthèse ! La masseuse assez réservée mais ses gestes étaient précis et pro. A recommander pour se détendre. J'y retournerai mais peut-être en choisissant un massage plus ciblé.
