I'm very torn about my experience. When booking, whoever I was chatting with online was very nice. When I got there, the receptionist was also very nice and I was so excited to get my nails done! But the girl who actually did my nails, I asked how she was and she didn't even answer me. When she filed off my old gel polish, it burned so bad. You could tell in my face it was hurting but she didn't seem to care. Then when we did the first color coat under the lamp, it also burned terribly. It was the most painful manicure I've ever had. It looks good, but I wish I could have talked with my nail artist and had a more enjoyable time.
