This is the second time I’ve booked using treatwell for this salon and they do not recognise the booking as they don’t check the Treatwell system. They still use paper and pencil. I turned up exactly on time, they didn’t have me down, it took 90 minutes to have 1.5 cm cut off my hair, as I had to wait I til they were finished with another client. They were nice and apologetic because I said I had to move another appointment because this one was running so late but it’s obvious they have no connection with this website or the automated online booking system it offers. Fine haircut, nice staff but honestly not worth the stress.

I booked via Treatwell but they had no idea about my appointment but the accommodated me all the same. I had booked a shampoo, head massage, cut and blow dry. I did not receive the head massage and when I queried this, the person just said ‘yes’ and then kind of walked away. Despite this, the haircut was great and they gave me a free sample and some advice about dealing with Paris hard water hair damage. Nice staff, excellent technique/ result, slightly confused (but ultimately harmless) service.
